Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days within the US. We roast to order, so please allow 1–2 additional business days for preparation before dispatch.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon — join our mailing list to be the first to know when we expand.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5.95 applies.

Since we roast to order, we begin preparation quickly. Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Store your coffee in a cool, dark place in an airtight container. Avoid refrigeration as moisture can degrade the beans. For best results, consume within 4 weeks of the roast date.

The ideal grind depends on your brewing method: coarse for French press, medium for drip and pour over, fine for espresso, and extra coarse for cold brew. We recommend grinding just before brewing for the freshest flavour.

Our coffee is best enjoyed within 2–4 weeks of the roast date printed on each bag. Whole beans stay fresh longer than pre-ground coffee.

Choose your favourite blend, select your preferred frequency (every 2, 4, or 6 weeks), and we’ll deliver freshly roasted coffee straight to your door. Subscribers save 10% on every order.

Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. There are no commitments or cancellation fees.
