Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will typically become active within 24–48 hours.

Shipping Delays

Beneficium Grandeur is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue


International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
