Bali Blue
★★★★★ 4.9 · Based on 200+ reviews
Bali Blue is a rich, characterful medium-dark roast that delivers a smooth, indulgent cup with plenty of depth. Grown by smallholder farmers in the Kintamani region of Bali at 1,200–1,600 meters on fertile volcanic loam soils, this coffee develops a naturally sweet, full-bodied profile that’s perfect for those who enjoy darker, dessert-like flavours. Hand picked, wet-hulled, and dried on raised beds, it showcases the classic Indonesian style with a velvety mouthfeel, low acidity, and a long, satisfying finish.
In the cup, expect bold notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar, creating a syrupy, comforting brew that pairs beautifully with milk or can be enjoyed black for maximum intensity. Its structure and sweetness make it particularly well-suited to espresso, moka pot, and French press, while still performing reliably in pour-over and drip brewers. Available in multiple grinds and sizes, Bali Blue is an excellent choice for anyone looking to add a decadent, full-flavoured single origin to their line-up.

The Full Story
A rich, full-bodied blend with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and toasted nuts, finishing with a hint of dried fruit and a smooth, lingering aftertaste.
Sourced from the highlands of Ethiopia and the mountains of Yemen, our beans are hand-selected for their exceptional character. Every origin is chosen for its unique terroir, and every relationship with our growers is built on trust, fairness, and a shared commitment to quality.
For best results, use 15g of coffee per 250ml of water heated to 92–96°C. We recommend a pour-over or French press method — brew for 3–4 minutes and adjust grind size to taste. For espresso, use a finer grind with 18g for a double shot.
