Colombia is a smooth, approachable medium roast that highlights the country’s signature balance of sweetness, fruit, and chocolate. Sourced from smallholder farmers around Medellin at 1,300–1,500 meters on volcanic loam soils, this coffee brings together classic Colombian varieties Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica to create a structured, flavourful cup. Fully washed and carefully dried in solar dryers to protect the beans from rain, it delivers a clean, consistent profile with a reassuringly reliable flavour that works brilliantly as an everyday coffee.

In the cup, expect notes of dried orange, berry, and chocolate, with a medium body and a gentle, rounded acidity that suits both black coffee drinkers and those who prefer milk. Versatile across brew methods, this Colombia performs well in filter, pour-over, French press, espresso, and automatic drip, making it a strong option for home, office, or hospitality settings that need a dependable, crowd-pleasing coffee.

The Full Story

A rich, full-bodied blend with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and toasted nuts, finishing with a hint of dried fruit and a smooth, lingering aftertaste.

Sourced from the highlands of Ethiopia and the mountains of Yemen, our beans are hand-selected for their exceptional character. Every origin is chosen for its unique terroir, and every relationship with our growers is built on trust, fairness, and a shared commitment to quality.

For best results, use 15g of coffee per 250ml of water heated to 92–96°C. We recommend a pour-over or French press method — brew for 3–4 minutes and adjust grind size to taste. For espresso, use a finer grind with 18g for a double shot.
