Ethiopia Natural
★★★★★ 4.9 · Based on 200+ reviews
Ethiopia Natural is a vibrant, fruit-forward single-origin coffee that showcases the classic sweetness and aromatic complexity Ethiopia is known for. Grown by smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone at 1,700–1,900 meters in rich Nitisol soils, this coffee develops a distinctive balance of gentle acidity, creamy texture, and layered sweetness. Fully natural processed, carefully sorted by hand, and dried on raised beds, it delivers a clean yet expressive cup where milk chocolate, caramel, and ripe fruit notes shine through.
This lot is made up of indigenous heirloom cultivars that contribute to its nuanced flavour and floral aromatics, making it especially suited to those who enjoy sweeter, more aromatic coffees. It performs beautifully in pour-over and filter methods, but also holds its character in French press, espresso, and other manual brewing styles, making it a versatile choice for both everyday drinking and more considered brewing sessions. Available in multiple grinds and sizes, Ethiopia Natural is an excellent way to explore the depth and charm of classic Ethiopian coffee.

The Full Story
A rich, full-bodied blend with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and toasted nuts, finishing with a hint of dried fruit and a smooth, lingering aftertaste.
Sourced from the highlands of Ethiopia and the mountains of Yemen, our beans are hand-selected for their exceptional character. Every origin is chosen for its unique terroir, and every relationship with our growers is built on trust, fairness, and a shared commitment to quality.
For best results, use 15g of coffee per 250ml of water heated to 92–96°C. We recommend a pour-over or French press method — brew for 3–4 minutes and adjust grind size to taste. For espresso, use a finer grind with 18g for a double shot.
