Peru
★★★★★ 4.9 · Based on 200+ reviews
Peru is a smooth, approachable single-origin coffee with a medium roast that highlights its natural sweetness and gentle citrus lift. Grown by Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in the Piura and Amazonas regions at 1,100–1,700 meters, this coffee brings together classic Latin American varieties like Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, Pache, and Catimor, all nurtured in clay mineral soils that support a balanced, structured cup. Fully washed and dried in the sun, it delivers a clean flavour profile where silky sweetness and salted caramel notes are supported by a soft, refreshing citrus finish.
This Peru is ideal for everyday drinking and suits a wide range of brew methods, from filter and pour-over to French press, espresso, and automatic drip, making it a reliable choice for both black coffee drinkers and those who prefer milk. With multiple grind options and sizes available, it works equally well at home, in the office, or in hospitality settings where a crowd-pleasing, well-rounded coffee is essential.

The Full Story
A rich, full-bodied blend with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and toasted nuts, finishing with a hint of dried fruit and a smooth, lingering aftertaste.
Sourced from the highlands of Ethiopia and the mountains of Yemen, our beans are hand-selected for their exceptional character. Every origin is chosen for its unique terroir, and every relationship with our growers is built on trust, fairness, and a shared commitment to quality.
For best results, use 15g of coffee per 250ml of water heated to 92–96°C. We recommend a pour-over or French press method — brew for 3–4 minutes and adjust grind size to taste. For espresso, use a finer grind with 18g for a double shot.
